Last spring Edge Factor announced the launch of an all-new event tour, Faces of the Future! Hosted as an in-school event, each stop on this tour is dedicated to empowering students to uncover rewarding training and career pathways in the skilled trades. This fall we’re including elements of the tour at additional stops where we’re hosting an exhibitor booth for students to immerse themselves in a in 360° virtual reality skilled trades experience.

Level Up! events, hosted by Skilled Trades Ontario, are large-scale career fairs, offering Grade 7 -12 students access to over 100 interactive exhibits and information about pursuing a future in the skilled trades. These events can be the first step toward a career in industries that are constantly innovating, on the cutting edge of emerging technologies, and making a critical difference in people’s lives by providing them with immersive, hands-on experiences.

Our Library uses the power of storytelling and gamified experiences to guide learners of all ages forward in their Career Journey.
Content Creation: From East to West, we film modular content and create digital learning tools that showcase local opportunities and share real-life stories. We partner with schools, companies, and workforce leaders to produce K-12+ content like Career Profiles, virtual field trips, Soft Skills, STEAM, and more.
Events: Our live and virtual Keynote Presentations and event Toolkits equip event hosts across the globe with multimedia tools to engage audiences. From school auditoriums to stadiums, students to CEOs, and educators to parents, our high-impact presentations drive home key workforce development messages.
