Our Vice President, Larissa Hofman will be attending this event in-person and meeting with leaders to showcase the career exploration media and community landing pages we created, in partnership with the Ontario East Economic Development Commission and local workforce development planning boards.   The[Ontario East Economic Development Commission](https://www.ontarioeast.ca/) is hosting it’s annual Ontario East Municipal Conference which will be held Wednesday, September 14 to Friday September 16 at the DEV Hotel and Conference Centre in Cornwall, Ontario. The Centre is large enough to accommodate multiple concurrent sessions and allow delegates, speakers and exhibitors to stay on site.   As indicated on the OEMC website, this event “has developed into the largest annual regional municipal conference east of Toronto. The delegates comprise a diverse group of elected officials, economic development professionals, entrepreneurs, municipal service providers, private sector business leaders and provincial ministry representatives. This series inspires students to explore careers as they experience the enthusiasm and passion industry leaders like, Dr. Todd Woods, Director of Chiropractic has for his career.  In the *Soft Skills on the Job* series industry professionals help learners prepare for future careers as they share insights on important soft skills they use on the job!
