President and Founder of Edge Factor, Jeremy Bout, will be the Keynote Speaker for the Breakout Session 2 at the MX2022 Manufacturers Expo in Manheim, PA.
This event, presented by Manufacturer’s Association (MASCPA), is ”the only event of its kind in the region specifically for manufacturing.” The goal of this event is to provide manufacturers an opportunity to connect and network with others in the industry to build their supply chain, develop business opportunities, and find new customers.
On November 8, 2022, at the Spooky Nook Sports Olympic Hall in Lancaster County, attendees will have the opportunity to discuss the latest manufacturing trends and topics, share their vision, become inspired, and immerse themselves in the manufacturing culture!
This event begins at 10:00 am and features two keynote speakers, break out sessions, and an exhibitor hall.
At 11:00 am, the morning breakout session begins with keynote speaker Jake Hall, nationally known as “The Manufacturing Millennial.” Jake will present a talk titled, “Leveraging New Tech and Automation: Creating a Culture to Attract the Future Workforce”. He will be sharing from his years of experience working with everyone from small manufacturers to Fortune 100 companies on how to create awareness around automation and modernization, what to invest in with skilled trades, and how to attract the next generation.
At 1:00 pm, Jeremy Bout will take the stage to leverage the power of storytelling and challenge businesses to fight for their company’s future. As President and Founder of Edge Factor, Jeremy has worked with hundreds of communities to build regional solutions to national workforce development challenges. A manufacturer turned filmmaker, Jeremy will share stories from the Edge Factor library and offer practical takeaways for industry leaders in his presentation “Fight or Flight: Taking Control of Your Company’s Future!”
