Together they are providing two free toolkits, filled with high impact media that showcases manufacturing stories, careers, technology and soft skills. These toolkits will be used in classrooms, homes, and at events like MFG DAY (Manufacturing Day) to inspire and prepare students and job-seekers to launch rewarding advanced manufacturing careers.   The [ROCK MFG Day Experience](https://offers.edgefactor.com/rock-mfg-day-experience) and [Apprenticeship Experience](https://offers.edgefactor.com/apprenticeship-experience) toolkits equip schools, companies, and workforce development leaders with a Keynote Presentation, “5 Days of STEAM” media, and practical “How to” Guides with step by step instructions and best practices on hosting virtual events and engaging classroom activities.    With an ever growing need to build the workforce pipeline and fill the skills gap, there is no better time to recognize the opportunities that exist in manufacturing.
