“Edge Factor media will change the perception and combined with the MSTEM3 Grant Initiative, allow this program to scale coast to coast in a very short time. Many schools face budget shortfalls currently and the grant will remove those financial barriers,” said Danny White, Manager of Purdue motor-sports and MSTEM3.
As the most widely used CAD/CAM software provider, Mastercam has stepped up as the leading benefactor to this initiative with an investment of $50,000. Mastercam continues to demonstrate their commitment by raising up the next generation and equipping them with tools to succeed.
This Grant will go live Tuesday, June 17, 2014 and will be available first come, first serve to qualifying schools. During the pilot program, the Purdue Grant will discount the price of an eduFACTOR membership by $650 allowing schools to purchase a Level 2 membership for as little as $99.
Schools will be able to apply for the grant via Purdue’s website.
